In order to use the Swanstone Shipment Tracking system you must have your Ship To Zip Code. In addition, you will need one of the following:

  • Customer Order Number - as it appears on your order acknowledgement
  • Customer PO - as it appears on your order acknowledgement
  • Bill of Lading Number - as it appears on the BOL that arrived with your shipment
  • PRO Number - as it appears on your BOL
  • Packlist ID - as it appears on the packlist that arrived with your shipment
  • Tracking Number - parcel tracking number (UPS/FedEx)

Please follow the steps below to locate tracking information for your shipment:

  1. Enter the Ship To Zip Code for your order in the zip code field.
  2. Enter your Customer Order Number, Customer PO, Bill of Lading ID, PRO Number, Packlist ID, or Parcel Tracking Number in the Input Number field.
  3. Select the corresponding button for the type of Input Number you have entered.
  4. Click the Submit Query button.

If you have entered valid order information a new window will appear displaying the tracking information for your order.

Tracking information is only available for those orders with an Order Date within the past six months. Tracking information is not available for orders that have shipped within the current business day.

If you receive error messages that your tracking information is not available you will need to contact Swanstone Customer Service at 1-800-325-7008 to retrieve your tracking data.
